First 100 Activation Ledger support

First 100 Activation Ledger creates a local launch-readiness gate from aggregate counts you enter.

Expected use

Open the extension popup.
Enter aggregate daily counts for new members, activated members, saved lessons, proof packs, proof cards, review requests, privacy fixes, and safety incidents.
Click Review gate, then copy, export, save, load, or delete the ledger entry.

Troubleshooting

If the gate looks too strict, check whether activation is below 25%, proof cards are below the floor, or safety/privacy counts are nonzero.
Saved entries are local to the Chrome profile and are removed when you delete them or uninstall the extension.
The output is an operator checklist gate, not an official Skool ranking or growth recommendation.
